Mappped.com is the home for documentation of projects created in a series of Creative Cartography courses I have taught. In these courses, students observe and document a location, looking at its architecture, the objects within it, and the people that interact with it. They encode this collected information, as points of data and recorded media, in a digital archive of site-specific research. They then utilize their archives to create digital and analog maps and data visualizations that reveal new stories, modes of navigation, and layers of information about their locations.
